老年人急性胆囊炎的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年人急性胆囊炎超声学诊断的临床价值。方法：对35例年龄在60岁～85岁的急性胆囊炎患者进行超声学检查。结果：35例急性胆囊炎惠者多数临床症状较轻，病情较重，超声检查主要表现为胆囊增大、轮廓线模糊，囊壁增厚呈“双边征”或“条纹征”腔内可见移动的沉积性点及团状回声，超声墨菲氏征阳性，其中合并胆囊穿孔7例。胆囊结石20例。结论：超声检查对老年人急性胆囊炎的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To discuss the clinic value of Uhrasonography in acute cholecystitis of old folk. Methods Uhrasonography imaging was performed in 32 patients with acute cholecystitis,age rang 60 to 85 years old. Results In most of 32 cases clinic symptoms were lighter. And state of all illess moreserious. All of 32 acute cholecystitis appeared as larger gallbladder with faint outline, thick wall as crewel sign or linearpattern sign, locomotive punctual or linear hyperechoic. Incomorated with gallbladder calculus in 20 and gallbladder perforation in 7 sonographic morphy＇ s sign showed as masculine. Conclusions Utrasonography is an effective method in diagnosing acute choleeystitis of old folk.
