摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,考察了我国经纪人业发展中存在问题,分析了当前我国体育经纪业立法的现状。同时,对国外几个国家的体育经纪人及体育经纪活动的管理体制及立法的借鉴,从而指出我国在体育经纪人立法上应注意的重点与难点问题,旨在为我国体育经纪人和体育经纪活动管理的规范化和法制化提供参考。By using the method of documentary and interview, this paper analyzes the current situauon and existing problems of the legislation of China sports broker. Meanwhile, the writer also analyzes and studies the sports agents, the managerial organizations and legislation with the purpose of offering reference to the standardization and legislation of sports agents and their activities in China.
