摘 要:用不同种类的基本培养基及不同浓度2,4-D、6-BA,对本地高羊茅的种子进行愈伤诱导.结果表明:基本培养基种类对愈伤诱导无明显的效果;M S培养基下不同浓度2,4-D、6-BA对高羊茅愈伤诱导时间及出愈率差别很大,以9 m g/L效果最佳,愈伤诱导率达70.2%左右;过高浓度2,4-D、6-BA对萌芽和愈伤的形成有负作用;愈伤组织分化以M S-BA 2.0 m g/L-NAA 0.5 m g/L为最佳M S基本培养基,2,4-D浓度以9.0 m g/L为最佳,最适合高羊茅愈伤组织诱导的培养基为M S+9.0 m g/L 2,4-D.The induction of callus in tall fescue was studied on different media and different combinations of 2,4-D,6-BA. The results indicate that diferent kinds of media had no significant effect on callus induction. The highest induction frequencies of callus were obtained on MS medium, containing 9 mg/L; the rate of callus induction was 70. 2 % or so. But too high a concentration of 2,4-D and 6-BA had negative effects. The best differentiation media was MS+BA 2.0 mg/L-NAA0.5 mg/L. 2,4-D. The mass concentration of 2,4-D was best by 9. 0 mg/L; the most suitable medium for tall rescue injure culture was MS +9. 0 mg/L 2,4 most-D.
