摘 要:研究活性炭纤维对流感病毒的过滤和吸附能力。流感甲型病毒原液作10倍稀释,分别通过不同层数活性炭纤维的过滤吸附后,用CPE法测定病毒对MDCK细胞半数感染浓度(TCID50 ) ,设空白对照和参比对照,参比材料选择N95滤材和医用纱布。流感甲型病毒原液作多种倍数稀释,通过CPE法测定病毒对MDCK细胞半数感染浓度(TCID50 ) ,测定活性炭纤维对不同病毒量的流感甲型病毒的过滤吸附能力,设空白对照和参比对照,参比材料选择N95滤材。结果表明不同层数活性炭纤维对10倍稀释的流感甲型病毒原液有不同程度的过滤吸附作用,吸附率随层数的增加而增加,空白和参比对照组未见吸附作用。活性炭纤维对不同稀释倍数的流感甲型病毒原液的过滤吸附作用不同。活性炭纤维对流感甲型病毒具有吸附作用;病毒浓度低时,4层活性炭纤维可以完全吸附流感甲型病毒,吸附能力优于参照材料N95滤材,随病毒浓度的增大,完全吸附病毒所需的活性炭纤维层数亦作相应的增加,8层以上活性炭纤维可以完全吸附高浓度的流感甲型病毒。In order to study the filtration and adsorption of active carbon fibre(ACF) on influenza vires A. First, to dilute liquid of influenza virus A 10 times, to filtrate and adsorb by ACF of different layers, to get TCID50 of MDCK by the method CPE, using filter material N95 and pledget as control groups, another control group were filiered with nothing. Liquid of influenza virus A was diluted with different times and different quantity of influenza virus A, getting TCID50 of MDCK by the CPE, to compare the filtration and adsorption of ACF in different conditions. Using filter material N95 as control group, another control group were filtered with nothing. Results showed that different adsorption ratios were get from different layers' ACF, the more layers, the higher ratio was got. No absorption effect were got in control groups. Through the effects of the filtration and adsorption of ACF on Flu A, Flu A can be absorbed entirely by the 4 layers' ACF when the concentration of the virus is relatively lower, and the adsorption of ACF is more effective than that of N95. With the increasing of the concentration of the virus, the number of the ACF's layers must be increased, more than 8 layers' ACF is needed to absorb the higher concentrated vires.
