摘  要:对亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)在抗旱性不同的大豆品种幼苗中的作用进行了研究。结果表明,抗旱品种豫豆24号在渗透胁迫处理时,其叶片中的Spd含量明显大于不抗旱的豫豆6号。用Spd合成的抑制剂MGBG处理豫豆24号,则导致Spd含量下降和抗性的降低,外源Spd又可逆转MGBG对豫豆24号在渗透胁迫下的伤害。外源Spd可以明显提高豫豆6号的叶片内Spd含量,并相应提高其抗性。以上结果表明,Spd可以提高大豆幼苗的抗渗透胁迫能力。The effect of spermidine on soybean seedlings under water stress was investigated. The results showed that under water stress, the Spd in leaves increased much more markedly in drought-tolerant Yudou No. 24 than in droughtsensitive Yudou No.6.Treatment of methylglyoxal-bis(guanylhydaione)(MGBG),an s-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (Which catalyzes the Spd synthesis) inhibitor, brought about aparent reduction of Spd in leaves of Yudou No. 24 seedlings subjected to water stress, which was in concert with the decrease of its seedling resistance to stess. Exogenous Spd could reverse MGBG injury effect on Yudou No. 24 dogenous Spd level in leaves of Yudou No. 6 suggested that Spd could enhance resistance seeddlings under stress. Furthermore, exogenous Spd could elevate the enseedlings subjected to water stress and alleviate its injury. The results above of soybean seedling subjected to water stress.
