摘　　要：本文描述了海上平台采用旋流除砂需要重视和解决的技术问题，介绍了为研究这些问题而建立的可模拟实际工况的实验设备和在该设备上所进行的油砂分离试验和各种油水配比条件下的液固分离试验。试验结果表明，通过二级分离，对大于80目的砂粒，除砂效率能达到95％。This paper describes the techniques for removing sand from dense crude oil on offshore platform by centrifugal equipment, and presents the test device set up at the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for the innovated desander and the experimental study of the performance of the desander. The results show that through two-stage of separation, 95 percent of sand can be removed by the desander.
