摘　　要：目的:观察地乌胶囊抗实验性溃疡作用及其他作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法: 通过大鼠幽门结扎胃溃疡和冰乙酸致大鼠慢性溃疡的动物模型观察地乌胶囊抗胃溃疡的药理作用。结果:明显抑制大鼠幽门结扎胃溃疡形成;对冰乙酸致大鼠慢性胃溃疡有明显的保护作用;抑制大鼠胃液分泌,降低胃酸及胃蛋白酶的排出量;具有明显镇痛、抗炎及解痉作用。结论:地乌胶囊具有抗实验性溃疡作用,值得进一步临床研究。Objective： The dark capsule of observation place resists experimental ulcer function and other function, offer the experimental basis for clinical application. Methods： Cause big mouse chronic animal model dark capsule of observation place of ulcer resist the pharmacology function of the gastric ulcer through big mouse pylorus ligature mouse＇s pylorus ligature gastric ulcer and ice second acid. Results： Can obviously suppress the big gastric ulcer to take shape ; Cause the big mouse＇s chronic gastric ulcer to have obvious protective action to the ice and second acid too; Still can suppress the big mouse＇s gastric juice to secrete , reduces the discharge amount of the hydrochloric acid in gastric juice and pepsin ; Obviously ease pain , resist the inflammation and solve convulsion function. Conclusion： The dark capsule of ground resists experimental ulcer function, deserve further clinical research.
