小剂量雷公藤多甙对Graves病免疫功能的调节作用

摘  要:目的 探讨小剂量雷公藤多甙对Graves病患者免疫功能的影响。方法 84例Graves病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组(各42例)。对照组常规口服他巴唑,观察组则在对照组的基础上加服小剂量雷公藤多甙。检测服药前及服药3个月后T淋巴细胞亚群水平(APPAP法)和血清TGA、TMA含量(RIA法)。结果 (1)治疗后,观察组CD4明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),CD8则明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),CD4/CIX比值下降;(2)治疗后,观察组的TGA、TMA均较对照组降低,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 小剂量雷公藤多甙可有效调节及恢复Graves病患者细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of low dose of tripterygium polyglucoside (TP) on patient's immune function of Graves disease. Methods 84 patients with Graves disease were randomly divided into two groups: TP group ( n = 42), treated with TP plus orally taken tapazol, and control group (n = 42),treated with tapazol alone. The level of T-lymphocyte subgroup (APPAP method),and the contents of serum immunoglobulin TGA and TGM (RIA method) of all patients were determined when the patients took medicines before and after three months. Results (1) As compared with the control group, CD4 percent value and CD4/CD80 rate of TP group were obviously decreased ( P 〈 0.05), and CD8 percent value of TP group was raised ( P 〈 0.05). (2) Both of TGA and TGM contents decreased more significantly in TP group than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion These results show that the low dose of TP could effectively regulate and recover cellular and humoral immune responses of patients with Graves disease.
