化瘀浊益肝肾法干预治疗2级高血压病的临床研究

摘　　要：采用随机双盲安慰剂对照的临床试验方法,观察以化瘀浊益肝肾法为治疗原则的降压1号颗粒干预治疗对2级高血压病患者临床疗效的影响,结果:2组均能有效降低血压,组间疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组对高血压病患者的证候积分疗效、综合疗效及临床单项症状疗效,均明显优于对照组;2组均可能使左心室肥厚逆转,但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组左心室舒张功能增强幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。说明化瘀浊益肝肾法不仅能有效地降低血压,改善高血压病患者的临床症状,而且能够逆转左心室肥厚,提高左心室舒张功能,明显提高患者的生活质量。To observe the effect of jiaoya No. 1 granula in treating grade Ⅱ hypertensive disease by randomized double blind compared with dummy. Result. The blood presures of two groups descended effeetively, left ventricular hypertrophy all reversed, there were not obvious deffrence between two groups （P〉0. 05）. The curative effects in syndrome integral, combination and single symptom of treatment group surpassed that of control group. The reinforced amplitudes of diastolic function of left ventricles in treatment group outstriped that of control group （P〈0. 01）. These indicate that the method of removing stasis, expelling phlegm, tonifying liver and kidney not only step down blood presure effectively, improve the clinical symptoms of hypertensive disease, but also could reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and boost the diastolic function of left ventricles, which can elevates the life quality of the patients.
