南靖巴戟天多糖的含量测定

摘　　要：采用粗制巴戟天多糖算出换算因子后,用苯酚-硫酸法测定巴戟天中多糖的含量。本法建立的标准曲线为Y=0.0084X-0.0564(r=0.9996),重现性较好,平均回收率为99.11%。说明该法简单,灵敏度高,可作为南靖巴戟天的质量评价依据。Objective： To extract polysaccharide from Morinda officinalis How in Nanjing and determine the content. Method：The content of polysaccharide was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method. Result： The standard curve was Y=0. 0084X-0. 0564 （r=0. 9996）, the average recovery is 99. 11%. Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive, which offers a foundation of research for quality assessment of Morinda officinalis How in Nanjing.
