摘　　要：随着手机用户的增加,每年会产生大量的废旧手机。废旧手机一方面对环境构成潜在危害,一方面又具有回收利用的价值。针对我国目前废旧手机回收利用的现状,多角度提出回收利用的措施,有效地应对电子垃圾污染,并实现资源的循环利用。With the increasing of mobile telephone consumers,bringing a lot of waste mobile telephones every year.On the one hand, waste mobile telephones are latency harm to environment; on the other hand,the waste mobile telephones have the value Of callback and utilization.Aim at the current status of the callback and utilizayion of waste mobile telephone in China ,the measures for callback and utilization of waste mobile telephones were put forward from different angles,as to reply the pollution of electron garbage effectively and realize the circle utilization of resource.
