摘　　要：目的:了解育龄妇女使用Norplant后阴道异常出血的可接受性和对维生素E(VitE)、低剂量阿斯匹林单独/合并治疗效果的调查。方法:采用前瞻性、随机、双盲的研究方法,对受试者按WHO/HRP提供的随机分配表,将对象分配到阿司匹林、VitE、VitE+阿司匹林、安慰剂4组。结果:各组受试者选择皮下埋植避孕的理由无差异。长期阴道出血对宗教信仰、探亲访友、家务及衣着无影响.17.7%对象感到疲劳,25.4%对象阴道出血期间感腰痛,因长期阴道出血,大多数丈夫及妻子均认为阴道出血时应避免性生活。大多受试者认为治疗有效。各治疗组组间及与安慰剂组治疗效果比较无显著性差异。治疗前、后血红蛋白比较无显著性差异。结论:Norplant皮下埋植剂引起妇女长期阴道出血,对其日常生活、工作未引起明显影响,但对性生活有一定影响.vitE、阿斯匹林治疗未显示明显的疗效。Objective： To study the acceptability of abnormal vaginal bleeding by Norplant in reproductive women, and the treatment effect of vitamin E and low-dose aspirin, alone or combination. Methods： A randomized, prospective, double-blind, comparative clinical study was conducted. Results： The main reasons why they choose Norplant had no differences. Prolonged vaginal bleeding had no effect on religious belief, visiting friends and relatives, housework and clothing.A proportion 17.7% of the subjects felt tired, another 25.4% felt backache when bleeding. Because of the prolonged vaginal bleeding, a lot of couples thought they should avoid sexual life when bleeding. In self-assessment, most of the subjects thought the treatment was effective. There were no significant difference between the trial groups and placebo groups. The same as the hemoglobin level before and after the treatment. Conclusion： Prolonged vaginal bleeding after using Norplant has no significant effect on usual life and work. But it has effect on sexual life. Neither VitE nor low-dose aspirin nor their combination is found to have any effect on prolonged vaginal bleeding caused by Norplant.
