人精子甘露糖受体的表达与精卵融合的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究人精子甘露糖受体(MR)的表达与精卵融合的关系。方法:正常人活精子获能培养后与去透明带金黄地鼠卵行精子穿透试验(SPA)监测精卵相互作用,同时用异硫氰酸荧光素偶联的甘露糖化牛血清白蛋白(FITC-DMA)检测精子甘露糖受体的表达并分析SPA各项指标与精子甘露糖受体表达的关系。结果:SPA指标中穿透指数、结合指数均与精子MR表达率呈正相关。结论:人精子MR与精-卵膜融合密切相关,可能起某种介导作用。Objective： To study the relationship of expression ofmannose receptor（MR） on human spermatozoa and sperm-egg fusion. Methods： Motile spermatozoa from fertile donor were incubated in capacitating medium for 6 h and then sperm penetration assay （SPA） was utilized to study the sperm-egg fusion. At the meanwhile, spermatozoa were labeled with a fluoresceinated α-D-mannosylated albumin（FITC-DMA） to detect the expression of MR. Correlation between the parameters of SPA and expression rate of MR were analyzed. Results： Both penetration index and binding index of SPA were positively correlated with expression of MR. Conclusion： MR of human sperm relates intimately to sperm-egg interaction, it might play an intermediate role in sperm-egg fusion.
