摘  要:目的:探讨吲哆美辛-微米铜-聚乙烯复合材料中吲哆美辛和Cu2+的体外释放。方法:用 紫外分光光度法对压制成型的复合材料中吲哆美辛和Cu2+的体外释放进行了为期45 d的测 定。结果:吲哆美辛和Cu2+的释放都具有缓释特性,释放曲线呈现指数型;释放过程中,吲 哆美辛和Cu2+之间没有明显的化学干扰。结论:复合材料中吲哆美辛的存在对Cu2+的释放有 促进作用,并且Cu2+的释放速率随吲哆美辛含量的增大而增大。Objective: To prepared indomethacirdcopper/polyethylene composites with various mass fractions of copper microparticles and indomethacin powder by process forming. Method: The daily release amounts of Cu^2+ and indomethacin in the first 45 days were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotomerry. Results: The composites have identical features on slow release, it was found that no obvious interference between Cu^2+ and indomethacin existed in simulated uterine solutions during analysis. Cu^2+ release rate was accelerated because of the existence of indomethacin and morc mass fractions of indomethacin resulted the higher release rate.
