摘　　要：全电子注塑机是未来注塑机的发展方向,其核心是运动控制系统。国外传统的全电子注塑机运动控制系统多为全封闭系统。本文则介绍了一种基于开放式的Sercos技术和软PLC技术的注塑机运动控制系统解决方案。The core of the All-Electric Injection Moulding Machine is its drive and motion control system. Nowaday most of the motion control system of the Moulding Machine are not open but close. The paper will introduce a kind of open motion control system solution based on Sercos and PLC technology.
