摘　　要：基于WebGIS的污染源信息管理系统利用Internet/In-tranet技术、GIS技术、数据库技术和环境保护技术,建立了完善的污染源监测与管理网络体系,实现了污染源空间信息、属性信息的综合管理和网上发布。本文首先介绍了此系统的需求目标,在此基础上阐述了系统的体系结构、系统功能和开发方案。a pollution source management system based on WebGIS sets up a perfect pollution source monitor-network by integrating Internet/Intranet, GIS, database and environmental protection techniques.A comprehensive management of spatial and non-spatial information is implemented in this system,moreover, the information concerning the pollution source will be browsed On line.Based on introducing the design destinations ,this paper presents the model of the structure, development scheme and function of this system.
