苝系颜料的制备方法研究

摘　　要：本文以3,4,9,10-苝四甲酸二酐和一甲胺为原料,以脂肪醇催化制备苝系颜料的方法.系统研究了反应时间、温度、介质、物料比、催化剂等因素对颜料收率、色光、色力的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件,使C.I.颜料红179粗品的收率达到了98.56%.C.I. pigment red 179 was synthesized by condensing 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydride with methyl amine. Moreover, the influence of the reacting factors, such as time, temperature, medium, materials ratio, catalyst etc on the yield, shade, tinctorial strength of C. I. pigment red 179 were studied. The final defined factors make the yield of C. I. pigment red 179 crude up to 98.56%.
