摘 要:我国是地质灾害频发的国家。地质灾害的快速治理与应急抢险是减轻人民生命财产损失的主要手段和措施。地质灾害抢险救灾的工程实践表明,有效的灌浆和堆载是地质灾害防治工程的重要技术手段。因此,就灌浆而言,研究与之适应、性能可靠的灌浆材料是十分必要的。针对普通水泥在灌浆工程中的不足,提出了以工业废料粉煤灰为主要成分研制适应地质工程施工特点的新型灌浆材料。经过系统研究,提出了具有早强特点和可灌性好的复配方案。通过细化和均化等加工技术制成的灌浆材料具有浆液稳定,可灌性好,凝结时间可调,结石率高,强度高的特点。在静压注浆、高压旋喷注浆和帷幕灌浆等地质工程施工中的应用初步验证了这种粉煤灰灌浆材料的性能特点,能够在地质灾害防治工程中推广使用。China is a country where geological hazards are widely distributed. Quick treatment of hazard body and dealing with emergency hazard situation are the main ways to reduce the lost of life and property. The practices of actual engineering have shown that proper grouting and stacking are the main ways to treat geological hazard. So it's necessary to study on a suitable and reliable grouting material. Since there is generally shortage of normal cement in grouting engineering, we propose a new kind of grouting material which is made of industrial waste fly ash and can suit for geological engineering. After systemic research, we have developed a prescription that can achieve early strength addiction and more suitability for grouting. By thinning down and uniform the material, the serosity is stable, easy for grouting, and has adjustable concreting time, high concretion rate and strength, which have been validated in some geological projects, which use static pressure injection method, high-pressure whirl injection method and curtain grouting method. We hope this material can be used in general geological hazard prevention engineering.
