南充市城区暗娼艾滋病高危行为分析

摘　　要：目的了解暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识与危险行为的现况，为采取干预措施，控制艾滋病流行提供依据。方法按顺庆城区娱乐场所分布用等概率随机抽样方法抽中368名暗娼按“一对一”问卷调查。结果暗娼多为15～25岁初中文化汉族女性。艾滋病相关知识知晓率差异大，与艾滋病患者或感染者无套性交传播艾滋病知晓率为94％，而蚊子叮咬不传播艾滋病的正确知晓率为43．2％。首次卖淫年龄最小15岁，卖淫年限最长21年，最近7d平均每人与5．47人有性行为。与固定性伴最近1次性交安全套使用率低档场所为22．22％、中档场所为30．56％，最近1月性交每次安全套使用率低档场所为9．88％、中档场所19．44％；与嫖客最近1次性交安全套使用率低档场所为45．56％、中档场所81．55％，最近1月性交每次安全套使用率低档场所为20．08％、中档场所68．93％。结论对暗娼开展健康教育，行为干预（安全套促进、VCT）非常必要，特别是低档场所尤为重要。Objective To understand the present situation of CSW on AIDS prevention and control knowledge and relative dangerous behaviors and so as to provide scientific bases for taking intervention measures and controlling AIDS. Methods According to the distribution of recreation places of Shunqing district, 368 CSW were investigated one-to-one by anonymous questionnaire through equal probability sampling. Results Most CSW were Han Nationality women aged 15～25 years old with junior high school culture degree. There was an obvious difference in knowing rate of AIDS knowledge. 94.20% CSW knew that sexual intercourse with AIDS patient or the infections without condom can spread AIDS. 43.2% CSW knew that mosquito can not spread AIDS. The smallest age of CSW beginning to prostitute was 15. The longest year of prostitution was 21. In average, each CSW had sexual behaviors with 5.47 different visitors in recent 7 days. In latest time, the rate of using condom with regular sexual partner was 22.22% in low-grade places and 30.56% in middle-grade places, respectively. In latest month, the rate of using condom with regular sexual partner every time was 9.88% in low-grade place and 19.44% in middle-grade places, respectively. In latest time, the rate of using condom with casual sexual partner was 45.56% in low-grade places and 81.55% in middle-grade places, respectively, in latest month, the rate of using condom with casual sexual partner every time was 20.08% in low-grade places and 68.93% in middle-grade places, respectively. Conclusions It is very necessary to carry out health education and behavioral intervention for CSW, especially for CSW in low-grade places.
