百合性状的主成分分析

摘　　要：采用多元统计分析方法,对亚洲百合杂交系和麝香百合杂交系的共9个百合栽培品种的10个主要数量性状进行了性状相关及主成分分析。结果表明,百合的生殖性状间极显著或显著相关,主成分分析显示,可以将原10个性状综合为4个主成分,其累积贡献率可达95.4%以上。Ten traits from 9 lily cuhivars of Asian and longiflorum sections were analyzed by correlation and principal component analyses. The results showed there was very significant or significant correlation between lily reproductive traits. The 10 traits were integrated into 3 principal components and the additive contributing rate came up to 95.4 %.
