摘 要:研究了提高非接触式移动电源系统传输效率的方法.提出了一种可以实现零电压、零电流开关的移相全桥PWM逆变器的电路拓扑结构,这种电路拓扑可以显著提高逆变器的频率,降低开关损耗.对于非接触式移动电源的能量传输装置,提出了一种新型的基于松耦合变压器构成的结构.建立了松耦合变压器的数学模型和参数计算方法,研究了原边线圈处于不同位置的松耦合变压器的传输效率.Contactless mobile power is a device which supplies electrical power for moving equipments or other equipments with some special requirements for electrical power. Some useful ways to improve the efficiency of power transmission were studied. A circuit topology frame of inverter controlled by shift - phase full - bridge PWM, which could achieve zero - voltage and zero - current for switches, was discussed. This topology could noticeably boost the frequency of inverter and reduce switch loss. A new structure based on loosely coupled transformer was obtained for power transmission equipment of contactless mobile power. We also proposed the general model of loosely coupled transformer and calculating methods of its critical parameter calculation. Finally, we analyzed the efficiency of power transmission when the first coil and E type magnetic core were in different relative positions.
