摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对原发性高血压病人的影响。方法:对2001年1月￣2005年4月间收治的300例原发性高血压病人随机分为实验组(接受心理治疗组)和对照组,实验组接受系统心理护理,对照组接受常规护理。结果:通过两组患者的心理及生理指标的比较,心理护理在缓解原发性高血压方面疗效显著。结论:加强原发性高血压病人的心理护理,提高原发性高血压的治疗效果。Objective To probe into influence psychological nursing care on patients with primary herpertension. Method 300 patients with primary herpertension from 2001 to 2005 randomly enrolled experiment group that accepted psychological nursing and contrast group that accepted regular nursing. Results A series of psychological and physiological excdlent indexs between two groups were compared,we found psychological nursing have a very obvious relaxing effect. Conclusion Strengthening the psychological nursing care of primary herpertersion can enhance curative effect of primary herpertension.
