摘　　要：低碳厚料层烧结是一项重要的烧结技术,具有改善烧结矿质量、提高烧结矿强度、降低燃料消耗等优点。本文论述了低碳厚料层与产量、质量、能耗的关系,指出了其在实际应用中的强化措施、获得的效果及厚料层发展的制约因素。Low carbon and thich sinter bed sintering is an important sintering technology, featuring the advantages of high quality, high strength and less fuel consumption. This paper expounds the relationship between low carbon and thick sinter bed sintering and yield, quality and fuel consumption, and proposes its intensive measures , results obtained in the production and the effecting factors in the development of thick sinter bed.
