长期尾部悬吊对大鼠左心室乳头肌等长收缩性能的影响

摘  要:观察头低位一30°尾部悬吊13周对大鼠左室乳头肌等长收缩性能的影响。结果表明,13周尾部悬吊大鼠左室乳头肌的静息张力与发展张力较同步对照组分别下降16%和33%(P<0;05和P<0.01);最大张力发展速率与最大张力下降速率分别下降33%和28%。当细胞外钙离子浓度分别为0.25、0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5.5与6.5mmolL时,其发展张力较同步对照均有31%至38%的降低。这些变化提示:13周尾部悬吊使大鼠心肌等长收缩性能明显降低。The effects of long-term simulated weightlessness on the,isometric contractile perormance of Papillary muscles isolated from the left ventricle of rats were examined in modified Morey-Holton's tail-suspension rat medel with the technique of iSolated papillary musclc perfusion.The results were as follows:13w tail-suspension cauwesed 33%and 16% decrease in developed tension and resting tension respectively;significant depression in peak rate of tension rise and peak rate of tension decay were also observed;in addition,the concen-tration response curves of extracellular calcium in papillary muscles from 13w tail-suspended rats shifted downward.Thees data indicate that the isometric contractility of papillacy mus-cles from 13 w tail-suspended rats washwered.
