摘　　要：针对单件小批量蜗杆的加工,现提出用直线型刀具在滚齿机上加工蜗杆,并建立了用直线型切刀包络加工圆柱蜗杆传动的啮合原理数学模型。For being designed and manufactured as worm transmission at a small scale, this paper brings forward a method to use gear hob processing worm. And the mathematical model of the meshing principle of the cylindrical worm driving with a straight - face tool enveloped and machined worm is established.
