中药血清药理学研究中含药血清添加量问题的商榷

摘　　要：中药复方血清药理学体外实验研究中,含药血清添加量是实验中不可忽略的问题,在文献报道中含药血清的添加量是多样的,此实验中同样看到高浓度血清对细胞毒性作用,并就体外实验含药血清添加量的确立进行讨论。The addible quantity of drug-contained serum is important in the test in vitro of the seropharmacological study of compound traditional Chinese formula. There were various data that had been reported in many articles. Cytotoxic activity could be found in the test that serum of high concentration be used. So the addible quantity of drug-contained serum is discussed in this article.
