摘　　要：本文根据产权制度研究的现状,提出了以产权制度涉及的范围为标准,可以分为宏观产权制度和微观产权制度两个层面,对其含义、构成、效应和两者的异同处与关联进行了论述,从构成要素视角对宏观产权制度和微观产权制度的变迁分别进行了多维度的研究。In order to analyze the property right system and its effect,this thesis cannes on the classification towards the property right system,and studies its constitution. Then,this thesis builds up and elaborates three main dimensions of the change of the macro system of property right,and four main dimensions of the change of the enterprise system of property right.
