摘  要:采用实验和数值模拟的方法,研究了有、无转、静子间轮毂间隙的轴流风机的性能和流场,考察了轮毂间隙对风机性能和流场细节的影响。结果表明:轮毂间隙对风机性能的影响很大,使风机全压和静压都有较大幅度的下降;转子中的流动稍有改善,但静子中流动大幅恶化;由泄漏流引起的回流、分离和旋涡等使静子中靠近轮毂处流场十分复杂。The performances and flow fields of axial fans with and without a hub leakage between rotor and stator blade rows are studied by experimental and numerical methods. Effects of the hub leakage are analyzed. Results indicate that the hub leakage influences the performance of the fan conspicuously and both total pressure and static pressure of the fan are decreased greatly. The hub leakage improves the flow in rotor passages slightly, while deteriorates the flow in stator passages heavily. Backflow, separation and vortices result from hub leakage lead to a complex flow structure near hub in the stator passage.
