摘　　要：双丝光股线T恤面料是以10tex×2丝光股线作为原料,采用针距为20针/25.4mm单面大圆机编织而成的珠地网眼织物。文中阐述了原料的技术参数、双丝光工艺、柔软整理及后整理工艺对双丝光面料风格的影响。分析了面料的特性,指出了生产中存在的问题。The T-shirt fabric knitted with double mercerized folded yarn is one kind of pearl net fabrics using 10 tex×2 mercerized folded yarn and kitted on single large diameter circular knitting machine with a gauge of 20 needles per inch. This paper introduces the technological parameters of raw material, double mercerizing technology and the influence of post-treatment on the fabric style, analyzes the characteristics of this kind of fabric and points out the possible problems.
