摘 要:采用“311-A”最优混合设计,研究磷、钾、镁配施对蕹菜产量和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,适当增施磷、钾、镁肥可以提高蕹菜的产量,降低硝酸盐含量;模拟寻优出高产、高V c含量、低硝酸盐含量的磷、钾、镁最佳配比X1=1(P2O568m g.L-1)、X2=1.67(K2O 337.23m g.L-1)、X3=-0.67(M g 19.31m g.L-1),相应蕹菜产量为210.96 g.po-t 1FW,硝酸盐含量为573.40m g.kg-1FW,V c含量为228.97m g.k-g 1FW。"311-A" optimal regression design was used to study the effect of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium compound fertilization on the yield and nitrate content of water spinach. The results showed that it could increase the yield of water spinach and decrease the content of nitrate by adding phosphorus, potassium and magnesium compound fertilization properly. The optimal formulation of P2O5, K2O and Mg with high yield, high Vc content and low nitrate content in water spinach was found. The results were as follows: the optimal formulation of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium is X1=1 (P2O5 68mg/L), X2=1.67 (K2O 337.23mg/L), X3=-0. 67 (Mg 19.31mg/L), respectively. Accordingly. the yield of water spinach is 210. 96 g/pot, the content of nitrate is 573.40mg/kg·FW, and the content of Vc is 228.97 mg/kg·FW.
