摘　　要：采用4种冷冻稀释液制作白萨福克羊细管冻精,结果表明,解冻后的精子活率以Tris卵黄组解冻后精子活率最高,与其他3组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),其中对照组(柠檬酸钠糖类)为生产中应用的配方;以Tris奶粉组解冻后精子活率最低,但与对照组和EDTA组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。Straw frozen semen of white suffolk was done in four diluents, In consequence, the best one was the group including tris and yolk, which had a very significant difference with the other three groups in spermatozoa motilities（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The group of comparison including citrate and glucide was used in production. The worst one was the group including tris and skim milk powder, which had no significant difference with the group of comparison and EDTA （P 〉0.05）.
