摘　　要：分析了电动燃油泵电刷架在装配过程中电刷组件弹簧压力对燃油泵性能和使用寿命的影响,开发了其性能自动检测试验台,并详细介绍了检测试验台的机械设计部分和系统控制设计部分。By analyzing the influence of the electricity brush-linker-osculant resistance and the spring press on the performance and longevity of fuel pumps, it concludes the necessity of examination about the pumps＇ performances, then developes the reasonable press and resistance automotive detecting apparatus and detailed introduces the mechanical design part and system control part .
