摘　　要：随着胶原蛋白应用领域的不断拓展,胶原蛋白的需求不断增长,尤其是高附加值的产品。综合论述国内外从铬革屑中提取胶原蛋白脱铬的研究方法,并对存在的一些问题提出改进措施,以期进一步高值转化皮革废料,为胶原蛋白的开发利用奠定理论基础。With the fields of application broadening , the demand for collagen is growing , especially that for the high additional-value products. The present methods of extracting collagen products from chrome shavings home and abroad were summarized, and some improvements on the existent problems were introduced.
