小儿上颌窦炎的临床药物配伍方案研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抗生素、黏液溶解剂和鼻窦炎草药方剂配伍的疗效,筛选出对小儿上颌窦炎最有效的治疗方案,尽可能确定配伍用药的疗程,以提高临床治愈率。方法:按抗生素、黏液溶解剂和草药方剂的不同组合,分成:(1)克拉霉素、富露施、草药方剂组;(2)头孢克洛、富露施、草药方剂组;(3)其他抗生素、祛痰剂、草药方剂组,即对照组。结果:抗生素配合黏液溶解剂及草药方剂治疗小儿上颌窦炎的药物配伍可明显提高治疗有效率。疗程一般不少于2个月,应以鼻窦X线检查为疗效依据。其中头孢克洛、富露施、草药方剂组的治愈率为90.2%,克拉霉素、富露施、草药方剂组与对照组的治愈率分别79.4%和55.0%,差异有显著性。结论:头孢克洛、富露施、草药方剂联合治疗小儿上颌窦炎优于其他方法。Objective To research the curative effect of compatibility of antibiotics,mucus lysine and herbs prescription in treatment of juvenile antritis,screen out the most effective therapy scheme,and determine the course of treatment as far as possible,and improve the clinical cure rate. Mothods According to the different combination of antibiotics, mucus lysine and herbs prescription, the patients were divided into three groups：（1）Clarithromycin Tablet, Acetylcysteine Granules and herbs prescription ; （2） Cefaclor, Acetylcysteine Crannules and herbs prescription ; （3） Oher antihiotibiotics , expectorant and herbs prescription, the control group. Results Compatibility of antibiotics,mucus lysine and herbs prescription can improve the effective rate obviously in treatment of juvenile antritis. The course of treatment should be continued no less than 2 months,and curative effect should be based on X ray examination of maxillary antrum. Cefaclor, Acetyleysteine Granules and herbs prescription was 90.2 %, Clarithrornycin Tablets, Acetylcysteine Granules and herbs prescription was 79.4%. Other antibiotics,expectorant and herbs prescription was 55.0%. Conclusion The selec tion is cefaelor,Acetylcysteine Granules and herbs prescription is better than the other.
