摘　　要：本文介绍了准同步采样的基本原理及应用该原理制作的一种新型谐波分析仪的硬件结构和软件流程,还介绍了对仪器的精度进行测试与比对的结果。A new harmonic analyzer based on the quasi-synchronous sampling principle is described. This analyzer will give the following results:the rms amplitudes of both voltage and current harmonics of power system, the angles of harmonics refering to the fundamental, the phase angles between harmonics of the same order, the active and reactive powers etc. This novel analyzer is simpler and more accurate especially for higher harmonics measurement as, compared with conventional analyzers using synchronous-sampling method.
