摘　　要：设计了一种开关频率20 kHz新型的逆变式电阻点焊机电源,变压器次级采用了一种单线圈双电感双管全波整流电路,从而合理利用现有电子元件,进一步突出逆变电源节能体积小、重量轻、响应速度快的优点。A new 20kHz frequence resistance welding inverter was designed.In this unit IGBT was adopted as switching element.A single line and double inductance rectitied commute circuit was used.In addition,the electron elements were made full use,the inverter power sourse has many advantages such as saving energy,smaller,lighter and responding rapidly,further more the efficiency of the inverter was improved.
