中药透皮治疗对哮喘豚鼠肺组织受体调控作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药透皮治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法:采用Hutson法建立豚鼠哮喘模型,治疗组诱喘后隔日用中药敷贴30min,对照组诱喘后隔日采用0.05%醋酸地塞米松膏敷贴,比较记录诱喘潜伏期时间。2周后处死,取肺组织,用放射配基竞争结合法比较β、M受体含量。结果:中药治疗组和激素组均能显著延长哮喘豚鼠诱喘潜伏期,减轻发作程度,下调哮喘豚鼠肺组织M受体含量,而治疗组能上调β受体含量,激素组却未见明显改变。结论:实验结果提示:受体的调控是中药循经敷贴治疗哮喘的重要机制之一。Objective： To investigate the mechanism of herbal penetration therapy for asthma. Method.. The asthma guinea pig models induced by Huston＇s methods were externally applied with herb for 30min quaque omni die. A control group of guinea pigs were applied with 0.05% of dexamethasone acetate paste in the same method. The incubation period of causing asthma was recorded and compared with each other. They were killed after two weeks. The β adrenergic receptor and muscarinic receptor expression in lung tissues were observed by radioligand binding assay. Result： The incubation period of causing asthma in both groups was prolonged significantly, the asthmatic attacks alleviated, and the muscarinic receptor expression down regulated. But the βadrenergic receptor expression up regulated in lung tissues, and did not so in the control group. Conclusion： Regulation of the receptor expression in lung tissues is an important mechanism of herbal penetration therapy for asthma.
