摘 要:以一台八极方波永磁无刷直流电动机为例,建立了给定电机的求解域和假设条件下的有限元方程,采用有限元法计算了电机的瞬态电磁场和稳态电磁场,给出了反电动势和定位力矩的计算方法.在此基础上,仿真了空载和负载下的电机反电动势,并且对不同磁钢尺寸下的定位力矩进行了分析计算.计算表明,受电枢反应和换向电感的影响,反电动势有较大波动,定位力矩的大小同磁化方向长度和极弧系数成正比关系.An eight-poles permanent magnet brushless DC motor supplied by square wave source is taken as an example. According to the given solve-field and assumption, the finite element methods are established, including the transient and steady electromagnetic fields. On this basis, back electromotive force without load and with load is researched, simulated and analyzed, and cogging torque is analyzed and calculated in different dimensions of magnetic steel. Results indicate that the fluctuation of back electromotive force is serious because of the effect of armature reaction and commutation induction, and the cogging torque is proportional to the length of magnetization direction and pole embrace coefficient
