摘　　要：本文讨论了ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ网络中的安全问题，分析了自动网关存在的安全缺陷，提出了程序网关的概念，给出了程序网关在ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ网络中的实现的方法。This paper discusses the security problems in TCP/IP computer networks,analyzes the shortcomings existed in autogateway,and proposes a new concept about programming gateway,and finally presents the way of it's implementation.
