摘　　要：新儒学未能充分地认识到“内圣”与“外王”在古代与现代呈现不同的结构形式,以致于未能看清这一结构由古代向现代转化的关键所在。在当代市场经济社会中,“内圣”与“外王”的通透之处在社会的第三域,即公共领域。在我国,只有加强公共领域的建构,才能使得“内圣”与“外王”的关系发生结构性的改变,使得二者形成相互通透性的关系。The ＂internal holy＂and＂extemal king＂ in morden times is different from which in ancient times. New Confucianism fails to fully realize this, so fail to see the transformation of structure clearly from ancient times to modem times. Among the contemporary market econo- my, the penetrating of ＂internal holy＂ and ＂external king＂ is the third field of society, namely the public field. Only strengthening the constructure of the public sphere can the constructural changes of the relatian between ＂internal holy＂ and ＂external king＂ occurs, which will make the relation penetrating.
