和平与交往:广西边境地区跨国婚姻问题初探

摘　　要：随着中越关系的正常化,中越两国民族交往不断增加,边境地区跨国婚姻的数量有逐年上升的趋势,并对中越两国造成一定的社会影响。这种跨国婚姻与边境地区的自然地理、交通、语言文化、经济发展程度、人口性别比例等有密切的关系。应制定和完善相关的法律法规,研究设立县市涉外婚姻机构,放宽边民通婚的条件的可行性,进一步发展边境地区的经济,以妥善解决跨国婚姻问题,促进中越边境的繁荣、稳定与和谐社会的构建。With the normal relationship between China and Viet Nam, there are more communication and transnational marriages, thus influencing China and Viet Nam to some degree. The transnational marriage is closely related to physical geography, communication, language and culture, economic development, ratio between sexes. Laws and regulations should be made and country or city research institutes of transnational marriage should be established. The frontiers economy should be further developed so that the problems concerning transnational marriage could be solved, prosperity and harmony on the borders are possible.
