摘  要:目的:进一步阐明休克血浆对心肌细胞的影响。方法:本实验利用常规的玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,观察了休克血浆对豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的作用。结果:用含一定浓度的正常血浆灌流时,豚鼠心室乳头肌细胞动作电位的各指标均无显著变化,而用等量的休克血浆灌流,动作电位的APA、OS均显著升高(P<0.05),APD50、APD90、APD也明显延长(P<0.05)。结论:休克血浆可显著影响豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位APA、OS的高度及动作电位的时程,可能与心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的发生有关。Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify the actions of shock plasma (Sp)on guinea pig papillary muscles and its mechanism. Methods: By using conventional intracellular microelectrode technique the action potentials were recorded and the electrophysiological effects of SP on guinea pig papillary muscles were observed as well. Results: For normal papillary muscles, normal concentrated plasma didn't af- fect on their action potential, but shock plasma not only increased the amplitude of action potential (APA), overshoot(OS), but also prolonged the duration of action potential (APD)(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The electrophysiological effects of shock plasma on guinea pig papillary muscles are likely resulted from arrhythmia caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury.
