摘  要:对矮生杂交万寿菊组织培养研究表明:带1个腋芽的无菌苗茎段在MS+0.05 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L BA培养基上35 d均可诱导出芽,芽诱导率达100%;继代培养时,MS+0.1 mg/L BA是万寿菊较适宜的增殖培养基,平均增殖系数可达10.7,生根率为100%。将带有2个腋芽和1个顶芽的茎段接种到MS+0.05 mg/L BA+0.4 mg/LPP333培养基上,20 d后,就能长成1株有根、茎、叶和花蕾、花朵的完整植株。The results of tissue cuhure, rapid propagation and inflorescence inducement on Tagetes erecta L. were reported. Buds were induced from the segments cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0. 2mg/L BA and 0. 1mg/L NAA for 35 days, with an induction rate 100%. MS +0. 1 mg/L BA was a best media for multiplication, the average propagation coefficient was 10. 7, and the rooting rate 100%. After having cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0. 05 mg/L BA and 0. 4mg/L PP333 for 35 days, shoots became with infiorescences, buds and roots. The above-mentioned efficient and rapid production system has been successfully developed to propagate Tagetes erecta L.
