摘　　要：济钢鲍德炉料公司活性石灰环形套筒窑采用SIMATICS7系列PLC控制整个生产过程,软件为STEP7V5.1及WINCCV5.2.。系统可实现窑体自动控制、原料及成品系统的顺控,从而保证环形套筒窑在最佳状态条件下进行生产操作。自投运以来,系统性能稳定,控制精度高,各项技术指标达到设计要求,石灰活性度在350mL(4NHCl、10min滴定值)以上。The SIMATIC S7 series PLC was used to control the whole manufacture process in annular lime kiln for producing active lime at Jigang Baode Loading Company. In this PLC system, the hardware is SIMATIC S7 400 and the software is STEP7 V5.1 and WINCC V5.2. The system can achieved auto-control of the kiln and sequence control of raw material and finished product, therefore, ensuring the kiln is operated at the most best status. The running practices have shown that the system capability is reliable, the control precision is high, each technique index reaches the design require and the activity of lime is 350mL up（ titrated by 4NHC1 in 10min ）.
