摘 要:目的:研究急性应激对新兵红细胞分子CD55和CD59的影响。方法:“状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)”将被试分成高、低特质焦虑组各16人。用流式细胞仪及ELISA法测定被试基础期(打靶前4d)、应激期(打靶时)、恢复期(打靶后5d)的CD55、CD59。结果:①2组被试3个时段间的CD59定量均呈显著差异(P<0.01);高特质焦虑组的CD55应激期与基础期呈显著差异(P<0.05),低特质焦虑组3个时段的CD55两两之间无显著差异。②CD55与CD59相关:高特质焦虑组基础期和应激期均成显著正相关(P<0.01),低特质焦虑组仅恢复期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:①实弹射击应激导致CD55和CD59发生变化,其规律与焦虑特质有关。②高特质焦虑个体CD55和CD99正相关,可能导致个体应激时红细胞的自我调控系统出现紊乱,致免疫机能下降。Objective: To study CD55 and CD59 in RBC membrane in new recruits with different trait-anxiety under acute stress. Methods: Subjects were divided into high and low trait-anxiety group (each 16 subjects) by state-trait anxiety inventory. CD55 and CD59 were tested in pre-stress (4d before exam.), stress (under exam.) and post-stress (Sd after military exam.) phases through FCM and ELISA. Results: (1)CD59 changes significantly with different phases in two groups (P〈0.01). CD55 increases significantly in stress phase (P〈0.05) in high trait-anxiety group, but no significant difference in three phases in low trait-anxiety group. (2)The correlation between CD55 an CD59 is significant in pre-stress and stress phase in high trait-anxiety group (P〈0.001), whereas is correlated in post-stress phase in low trait-anxiety group. Conclusion: (1)Acute psyehologieal stress affects concentration of CD55 and CD59 in RBC membrane in new recruits. The changes is related with the anxiety trait. (2)The positive correlation between CD55 and CD59 may result in disturbance of immunologic self-regulation in RBC in high trail-anxiety subjects under stress.
