摘　　要：万家寨引黄工程南干线7#输水隧洞存在有渗漏、洞段不均匀沉陷等缺陷,缺陷处理采用了管片纵缝接缝灌浆、豆砾石回填及固结灌浆、安装锚杆等措施。列举了富水段和高外水段、F65和F74断层缺陷处理比较成功的案例。在经过缺陷处理后,经过2次试通水表明,处理效果显著,达到了预期的目标。The south main line No. 7 tunnel of Yellow River water drawing project in Wanjiazhai has such flaws as leakage, uneven tunnel surface and sinking. The measures to process the flaws are jurisdiction longitudinal seal joint grounding, the pea gravel backfill, solidifies grounding and the installment of an anchor rod. This paper lists several successful examples of processing the flaws. Affer dealing with the flaws and the drawing water passes through the tunnel experimentally twice, the measures turn out to be effective and the expected aim is got.
