降脂益寿茶质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的建立降脂益寿茶(决明子、甜叶菊等)质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中决明子、甜叶菊;用高效液相色谱法测定大黄酚的含量,C18柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20);检测波长:254 nm。结果平均加样回收率为98.52%,RSD=2.04%。结论该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于降脂益寿茶的质量控制。Alm To establish the standard for quality control of jiangzhiyishou tea（ semen cassiae,folium steviae,etc）. Methods Semen cassiae and folium steviae in this prescription were identified by TLC. Chrysophanol was determine by HPLC ,Ciscolumn;methanol- 0. 1%phosphoric acid（80： 20） was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The average recovery was 98.52% , and RSD was 2.04%. Conclusion The methods are Simple, accurate and have good reproducibility. It can be used as quality control of jiangzhiyishou tea.
