摘　　要：当前,党校函授教育工作应以科学发展观为指导,加强领导、整体推进,通过努力构建和谐发展的党校函授教育领导体系、管理体系、教学体系和营造和谐发展的党校函授教育外部环境等措施,构建和谐发展的党校函授教育工作体系;应深化改革、锐意创新,推进党校函授教育的新发展。At the present time, the Party schooh at all levels should take the scientific concept of devdopment as the guide to the development of correspondence education of the Party schcoh, go ahead with correspondence education as an integral whole and build a harmonious correspondence education work system, including a leadership system, a management system, a teaching system and an external environment beneficial for the harmonious development of correspondence education. In addition, the Party schools should deepen reforms, be keen on innovation and go ahead with the new development of correspondence education.
