摘　　要：以自育棉花不育系为材料,通过自交的方法鉴定其不育度。自交分为2组,一组整株自交;一组模拟自然状态,即下部果枝自由授粉,上部果枝全部自交。结果表明:2组不育株的自交结实率为0,说明筛选出的不育系不育度为100%,不育性不受环境因素的影响。并对比不同授粉方式的结铃率,进一步说明自育棉花不育系下部结铃是昆虫传粉造成的,说明该不育系具有高不育度。The sterility of a sterile line selected by authors was identified by self-crossing. The sterile plants were divided into two groups, one was whole plant self-crowed, the other was simulating natural pollinated, i. e., the below fruit branches was openly pollinated and the upper fruit branches was self- crossed. The results showed that self seed-setting rates of the sterile plants of two groups were all O, which indicated that sterility of the sterile line was 100% and was not influenced by environment. Comparison of boll-setting rate by different pollination.methods further indicated that insect pollination led to bolls setting on the below part of the plant of this sterile line.
