摘 要:在两面顶细粒度金刚石合成中采用PtRh30-PtRh6(双铂铑热电偶)测量温度,测得了合成芯块内部温度,得出了加热功率曲线与晶体生长温度的对应关系。根据多次实验结果,建立了生长温度稳定性具有显著差异的四种典型功率曲线;并分析了各曲线对应的温度变化趋势及幅度,四种曲线中温度变化幅度最大超过70℃,最小可控制在.10℃以内。对各曲线合成的金刚石进行了扫描电镜(SEM)及专门的产品指标对照分析,发现晶体生长温度越稳定晶体质量越好;将晶体生长温度控制在10℃以内,能使细粒度晶体质量的综合指标提高5%-10%。With double-PtRh thermocouple for temperature measuring during the synthesizing of fine-gralned diamond in belt type apparatus, the temperature of the inner container was measured directly,and the homologue relationship of power curve and temperature curve was obtained. Based on the result of many times experiments, four typical power curves with notable difference of temperature stability were established, and the trend and range of temperature changing corresponding to each curve were studied; in all of the four curves the max range of the variation of temperature exceeded 70℃ and the rain was limited in 10℃. It was found that the more stable temperature of crystal growth, the better quality of diamond by comparing of SEM patterns and special product index; the main index of fine-grained crystal quality increased by 5-10% when the growth temperature was restricted in 10℃.
